I have been mulling over this idea for a while now.
I have an avid appreciation for all things baked. The topper of that list, is the cupcake. Whoever decided to take a cake, make it small and add mounds of icing was a genius, and I thank you. Though, my rear end does not share the same sentiment.
I am old enough to see the food trends move from bagels, to salads, to smoothies, and now it's the cupcake's turn to shine. I am definitely a fan of this trend. I have also tried, on may occasions, to convince my sister - who is an amazing dessert guru to enter the cupcake business. No dice.
I digress.
With this latest trend and my appetite for cake, I have decided to take the plunge and share my opinions on my samplings. I apologise up front if my opinion offends anyone and/or their business.
Along the way, I am sure that I will side track and share some funny stories about myself and my life.
